We provide a 3-year warranty. During this period, we are responsible for any damages resulting from manufacturing defects.
Q3. Can I request a sample before placing a large order?
Yes. Sample costs may vary; typically, if not in stock, the cost is double the wholesale price. The additional cost is refunded once a bulk order is confirmed.
Q4. What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
The MOQ is 5 sets if you have a shipping agent in China (EXW price). For international shipping arranged by us, the total volume should exceed 10 CBM.
Q5. How do you handle items damaged during transportation?
We take detailed photos of all products and packaging before shipment. If damage occurs, please provide photos immediately, and our service team will assist with the claim or replacement.
Q6. Which shipping methods and ports do you use?
We primarily ship via ocean freight from Shenzhen or Guangzhou ports. Due to the weight and size of furniture, air or express delivery is generally not feasible.
