Our general payment term is 30% wire transfer in advance and the balance paid against the copy of B/L and L/C at sight for new customers. Improved terms are available for long-term partners.

We accept 300 pieces or sets per size per color for wall shelf series. Total order volume should meet a 1x20'ft container, though trial orders of 100 pieces are supported with small extra charges.
Q3: How long is the standard lead time for an order?
A 40'GP container usually takes 45 days. We have multiple production lines that can be adjusted to shorten lead times for urgent customer requirements.
Q4: What is your sample policy and turnaround time?
Lead time for samples is about 7 days. We typically charge 3 times the price for new samples, which is refunded after a formal MOQ order. Warehouse items may be provided as free samples.
