For regular products, it takes us 15-20 days to finish one container order. For customized products, we need 35-40 days to finish your container order.
Q2: How can I track the completion of my order?
Upon receipt of the deposit, we immediately arrange production. After completion, we inspect and test all products to ensure no damage. We also send detection images of your order before delivery for confirmation.
Q3: Can you arrange shipping and delivery?
Yes. We can arrange shipping including LCL and FCL terms. Buyers can choose between air-transport or ocean shipping. The logistics company will inform you when the order reaches your nearest port.
Q4: What is the guarantee on your furniture products?
We guarantee 100% satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with the quality or service, or if the product does not meet contract requirements, we provide free replacements or compensation in the next order.
Q5: Are the product colors accurate in the photos?
Colors may vary slightly from the actual product color due to photography lighting, scanning, and monitor settings. We recommend confirming via samples for large orders.
